１０月に、日本のハロウィーンイベントの紹介をしたことがありますが、今回はもう一つ新しいイベントの紹介です。今年始まった新しいイベントですが、京都の太秦映画村という、忍者とか侍のテーマパークの中で妖怪や幽霊が出てくる怖いイベントを９月からやっています。
I’ve introduced Japanese Halloween events during October before, but this time I’d like to introduce one more new event. This is the first year for this scary yokai and ghost-themed event that opened in September at Kyoto’s Uzumasa Eigamura ninja and samurai theme park.

９月から１２月までやっている長いイベントですが、其の中で３日間だけ大イベントがあります。その日は夜９時までやっていますからとてもにぎわいます。
私は９月と１０月の大イベントの日に行きましたが、１０月はすごくたくさんの人がいてビックリしました。
It’s a long event that runs from September to December, but there are 3 extra big event days that take place during the festival. On those days, the park stays open until 9 pm, and it is very lively. I went to the big days in September and October, and I was shocked at the huge number of people that came to the October event.

やっぱり１０月はハロウィーンの雰囲気がありますから、皆さんはホラーのイベントに行きたいんでしょうか。たくさんコスプレしている人もいました。
Of course, because October has a Halloween atmosphere, everybody wants to go to horror-themed events. There were lots of people dressed in costumes there.

日本でも１０月はハロウィーンのおもちゃとかお菓子を売っていますが、なんとクリスマスケーキの予約も１０月から開始です。ハロウィーンとクリスマスのポスターが一緒に並んでいるのでおもしろいですね。
In Japan, during October there are lots of Halloween toys and candy being sold, but you can also reserve your Christmas Cake during October as well. It’s funny to see Halloween and Christmas advertisements hung up next to one another.
