５月は新緑が美しい季節です。苔の緑と森の緑に囲まれた素敵な神社の写真を撮りました。
この神社では毎年ゴールデンウィークに紙の神様のお祭りが行われます。
I took a photo of a beautiful shrine surrounded by gorgeous green moss and a forest. Every year there is a festival for the paper goddess during Golden Week.

新型コロナウイルスのために、去年もおととしもお祭りは行われませんでしたが、今年は静かにお祭りをしていたみたいです。金色の豪華なおみこしは飾ってあるだけでしたが、神様を乗せた木製の箱が乗った神輿は担がれていました。
Due to COVID19, they haven’t held this festival for two years, but they did a simplified version this year. They didn’t use the beautiful golden mikoshi and only used simple wooden mini box to carry the goddess this year.

２０２０年には色々な行事やパーティーができなくなりましたが、今年は少しずつ皆さんが楽しめる行事ができるようになったり、旅行に行けるようになるいいなと思います。
Since 2020, people have had to cancel many traditional events and parties. I hope people are able to start holding fun events and traveling again this year.
