you are right about number 4 (4. 東京駅（で）電車（を）おります). The subject should be “I.” I’m going to get off the train at Tokyo station. The first particle “で” is from Jyoshi 1-1 (Place of action) The action is “get off the train” and Place is Tokyo station. The particle “を” is from Jyoshi 2-2 (starting point). I get off from a point (and leave). This is a very tricky question and I think it’s JLPT N3/2 level. The second part, you can use から as you say, but を is more natural. so in conversation, people don’t mind using から, but in tests, you should use を. Your answer was で. で is used when people are doing something at the place. Not just leaving.

Number 8 (ここ（を）8時に出て、たけしさんの家の前（を）通って9時くらいに学校（に）行きます), It means, I will leave here at 8 and pass Takeshi’s house, and arrive the school at around 9. The first を is the same を as the number 4 を. It’s departing/getting off/leaving situation. The second を is Jyoshi 2-3 (passing point) “I” go to the school passing Takeshi’s house. The last particle, に, is jyoshi 2-4 (terminating point). “I” arrive the point.

If you do the questions of part of the jyoshi questions, it’s a little easier to get the idea. If you do mixed jyoshi questions like this one, it can confuse you and thats normal. You just need to go back to the former jyoshi questions and remember what you learned. That’s a good memorizing process 🙂
