Halloween is really not a holiday at all there still, is it. I would love to visit Japan in the fall sometime tho.
Ah that is misleading about the name “prefectures”, I didn’t know that.
So 3 is B, the wording confused me.
Is 1 A? I thought 県 included all the types of places. Can you just put them together like that? Don’t see it as a dictionary word.
3 must be C because the trains will be less crowded? I don’t really understand B.
