Philadelphia has kept its trees on some streets, but I don’t think it’s that common in other big cities. I didn’t think about this as problem in Tokyo because I spent a lot of time by the Meguro River and the parks around the temples.
That’s helpful, these questions where you can’t eliminate wrong answers are very hard when there’s a time limit.
I: C? I think I’m not understanding the question. A&D were the problems that happened, right? B is just restating that it didn’t snow. They had to truck in snow from far away and it wasn’t enough.
