Also I found some keigo in the practice test I did not get. There’s a picture of a man inviting someone to sit down:
会社でお客さんを部屋に案内しました。何と言いましたか。
1.どうぞうおかけください。
2.座らせていただきます。
3.席をお取りしましょうか。
It says the answer is 1.

ParticipantOk, I understand that I need the humble verb forms, but I thought only some nouns get the お、is that for all nouns in a humble sentence?
