KeymasterImadate is a really good place to visit then:) It was a bit sad to see abandoned factories and houses, but the town still has nostalgic atmosphere.
This picture is inside on an abandoned paper factory. I really liked the smell and atmosphere.

KeymasterYour answers are correct!
~たら means “if” or “when” in Japanese. AたらB means B will happen if and when condition A is met. The initial た in たら comes from the short form past tense ending of the predicate.
For example,
東京に行ったらヒヨコというお菓子を買ってください。
Please buy the snack called Hiyoko if and when you go to Tokyo.
私の部屋がきれいだったら母は喜ぶでしょう。
If my room were clean, my mother would be happy.Hitomi Meyer

KeymasterNumber III, VII, and VIII are wrong. Do you want to try these again?
Tips
III: 安いそうです means you heard that it’s cheap. 安そうです means it looks cheap. Keiko is looking at a magazine and talking about the school in the magazine.vii: The textbook fee is included in the tuition.
viii: If it was fun, I will let you know.
2.
Your answer is close but wrong. The hint is that 体験レッスン means trial lesson. Taking a 体験レッスン doesn not mean 入学する.Hitomi Meyer
