Wait, so 4 means “The train is at Tokyo Station”? I thought おります　meant “I get off the train at Tokyo Station.” I’m also confused about the translation of 8. It’s hard not to thing of leaving a place not using “from”.

Here is the small graveyard/shrine in Meguro. It’s just off one of the main roads near the train station that you walk past on the way to the river:
