Not all nouns to get the お. Some する verbs get ご and some する verbs get お. For example, ご紹介する, お電話する, ご説明する, お掃除する, ご案内する, etc.

なさる is a honorific verb. You need to be modest when you talk about someone in your circle. Your co-workers, including your boss, are all in your circle in this situation.

山田: 昨日は私の母のためにプレゼントを買って( くれて )ありがとうございました。5月2日の記念日を覚えていて( くれた )んですね。
高田: えぇ、毎年楽しみにしていましたからね。喜んでもらえ( て )よかったです。5月2日は連休中ですから、「お店は閉まっている( はず )だ」と思ったので、事前にオンラインで注文( して )おいたんです。

The answer II is くれた because the mother is in Yamada’s circle. If she was talking about someone who don’t belong in her circle like her teacher, she should use あげた instead of くれた.
