Your answers are all nice. You made a few mistakes. One of your mistakes is about 行く and 来る. This is a common mistake. Please review page 94.

Here are some corrections.
１． 　いつも何時ごろ起きますか？
→　いつも７時ごろに起きます。
(Good!)

２． よくどこで買い物しますか？
→よくKマートで買い物します。
(Good!)

３． いつも何時ぐらいにテレビを見ますか？
→いつも３時くらいにテレビを見ません。
The question means, “what time usually do you watch TV?” so it’s strange to say, “I usually don’t watch TV at 3,”because the question does not mention at 3. You can say either “I usually watch TV at 3.” Or “I don’t watch TV usually.”
→いつも３時ぐらいにテレビを見ます。Or いつもテレビをみません。

４． よくスポーツをしますか？
→はい、スポーツをしました。
The question is, “Do you often play sports?” and your answer is “Yes, I played sports.” The question is asking your habit, so you should use present tense to describe your habit. “Yes, I play sports” is better.
→はい、よくスポーツをします。

５． 週末はよくどこに行きますか？
→週末、うみにいきます。
(Good!)

６． 明日、何をしますか？
→明日、仕事をします。
(Good!)

７． あなたの友達はよくあなたのうちに来ますか？
→私の友達はうちによく行きます。
Explanation of 行く/来る are in page 94 ‘表現ノート.’ The question uses 来る, because they come towards to you (your house). You need to use 来る for you answer too because your friends are coming to you (speaker).
→私の友達はよくうちに来ます

８． あなたはよく友達とバーに行きますか？
→わたしはあまり友達とバーに行きます。
あまり goes with negative verb, so you should use 行きません instead of 行きます.
→私はあまり友達とバーに行きません。

９． いつもアニメをみますか？
→私はいつもアニメをみません。

１０． 毎日何時に昼ご飯を食べますか?
→毎日３時に昼ご飯を食べます。
(Good)
