Thank you for your post!
It seems like you don’t like jyoshi-place-2-3 (passing point). The verb can be a clue. The verbs such as ～ている, ～て、～ました, 通過する are indicate you are in the middle of doing or going, so you should use を.
Question no.6 (⑥ペンギンは空（　　　）飛びますか？)should be either から or を. If you use から, it means. “Do penguins fly from the sky?” so it sounds weird. If you use を, it means, “Do penguins fly in the sky?” so it’s an odd question, but since a penguin is a bird, it’s not such a weird question to ask. ～(に)飛びます needs to a clear destination, not just the sky. For example, 私はワシントンに飛びます(I fly to Washington.(taking a plane),) ここから隣の教室に飛びます(I jump to the next class room from here.)

先月の漢字に書きましたが、4月は出会いの季節です。
入学式があったり、桜が咲いたり、お花見をしたり、たくさんの楽しいイベントがあります。
今年は天気が良い日が続いたので、長い間桜を楽しむことができました。
お花見のためにたくさんの人が桜並木の下に集まっていて、とても賑やかでした。

Hello! Thank you for your post.  It seems like you don’t like particle-cause (原因の助詞). If the noun explains a reason, you need to use で instead of から (question number 3 and 5).
